If you haven’t been to King Dry Cleaners before, you need to sign up and set up your profile by completing your name, address, email address, cell phone number, and payment information. OR simply text “FREE” @ 775-206-0889 to set up your account.
If you’ve been to King Dry Cleaners and decided to migrate to pick up and delivery even if you just feel like it, you just need to update your address, email address and payment information.
Nope! But we would greatly appreciate if your cleaning order is on a reasonable amount.
Your card is safe and encrypted with AWS. We will only charge you once we’re done cleaning your clothes or after we deliver them.
You can track your order through your portal.
At this time we pickup and drop off to the same location for each order. You can change the pick up/drop off location at a later date for a different order.
Absolutely! We just need your special instructions regarding the location of the bag, we are happy to pickup and drop off your bag outside your door.
We can also pickup and deliver to your work place if that is more convenient for you.
Typical turnaround can be 24 to 48 hours depending on the service requested and your location.
Simply login and follow these steps:
- Select Pick up & Delivery
- Click “Edit” on the date of your scheduled Pick up & Delivery
- Across the Order Details, click “Edit”
- Type in your special instructions for the driver and for the cleaners.
You can add it in the special instructions. Take note that clothes for alteration may take longer turnover time than just cleaning.
If you want to be more specific, you can add Photos under the order details
