do i need to be home at the time of my orders pickup?

No! We’re here to provide you with the utmost convenience and we understand you might be on the move when you need your order picked up. We just need any special instructions regarding the location of the bag; we are happy to pickup and drop off your bag outside your door. We can even pickup and deliver to your work place if that is easier for you.

how long will it take to have my garments cleaned and ready?

Orders must be placed before 11am and the typical turnaround can be 24 to 48 hours depending on the service requested. This excludes weekends, public holidays, and garments that require special treatments.

how do i apply special instructions to my order?

When you sign up or login to our “SMRTAPP” platform you will see our pickup and delivery tab. Under that tab you will see the date of your scheduled order with an “edit” button. When selected you will see “order details” with another edit button. There you will be able to add any special instructions for your driver or for your cleaning.

Can i have alterations done with a pickup and delivery order?

Of course! You can add this need for an alteration added to your special instructions. You can even add a photo there to be more specific; this is always helpful.

do we use eco-friendly dry cleaning processes?

Yes! We actually offer the only plant based cleaning solution in Northern Nevada. We take so much pride in our System-K4 process. We were more than happy to invest in this effective, safe solution to provide the best and cleaning service to our customers.
